Finance Assistant

Job Description
• Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, preparing vouchers, bank reconciliation, bank payments and remittance.
• Arrange payments and compute bank reconciliations.
• Handle staff reimbursement and ensure expense is with proper approval.
• Provide clerical support and ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of accounting experience.
• Proficient in Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint is an advantage.
• Diligent and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Good command of both written and spoken English.
