The design functionality and digital storage capabilities of our Asset Management solution ensure our customers maintain brand integrity across all types of branded ID trim items. Our creative and product design teams work closely with our customers to protect their brand investments in their trim portfolio and Asset Management provides brand consistency across a global supply chain.
Asset Management also provides our customers with a platform tailored for managing variable data products in their portfolio. Everything from PO data, SKU data, and technical print and product specifications are aggregated and tracked within Asset Management. We understand our customer’s IT resources are limited and that our data integration specialists must therefore provide the support and expertise needed to integrate all varieties of data streams within Asset Management.

We have integrations with a variety of PLM providers to synchronize garment items with their trim portfolio. Other data sources such as testing reports and care label information are also aggregated within Asset Management to provide customers with one consolidated source of creative and technical information.
Used by more than 12,000 vendors globally, Order Management is the industry leading e-commerce platform for ordering tags and labels. A seamless integration between our Asset Management and In-Plant Printing applications ensure that orders are placed for approved items with accurate quantities and geographic requirements.
Understanding vendor order activity is critical to managing supply chain issues such as inventory levels, regional activity and counterfeit products. Working closely with our customers and vendor user base, Nexgen provides supply chain analytics that bring clarity and insights to a complex supply chain landscape. These analytics can be tailored to the strategic goals that are specific to each of our customers.
Order Management is an open application. In many cases, our customers are using the Nexgen Order Management application (and Asset Management) to manage all their trim and label suppliers, including non-Nexgen items. In these cases, we work closely with other suppliers to ensure their products are integrated and that customer expectations are met across the entire portfolio of trim items. We know that our customers need to leverage the global community of suppliers for their entire component needs and we are committed to helping them meet this goal.
